General Photography Questions
I am based in Salisbury but travel across the UK for weddings, family photoshoots, sports events, and engagement sessions. Wherever your story takes you, I am happy to help capture your special moments.
Start by sending me your date, venue and a little about your plans. We’ll have a chat and make sure we’re a good fit.
To secure your wedding date, you’ll complete your booking agreement and pay a 20% booking fee, due within seven days. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.
100%. Email and phone conversations are great for introductions, but to really get to know each other, let’s meet for a coffee and discuss your big day without obligation. I’m happy to chat via Facetime if you live some distance away.
Your finished wedding gallery will be ready within 4–6 weeks. I’ll send you the link as soon as it’s ready, so you can sit down together and relive the day. For other types of shoots, we’ll confirm the turnaround when you book.
Weddings and Engagements
My aim is to capture and build an album that tells the full story of your day: the cheers, the tears, and the laughter between yourselves and your loved ones. I achieve this by letting your day flow naturally and capturing those candid moments. I’m also happy to do group shots if you let me know in advance which ones are important to you.
Half Day wedding photography is £1,050 with 300–400 photos. Full Day is £1,450 with 500–700 photos, an engagement shoot and drone photography where conditions allow. Travel is included in both packages.
We agree which parts of your wedding you’d like covered, rather than a set number of hours. See my wedding packages for the full details.
I recommend taking that 20–30 minutes away from guests. This gives us plenty of time to capture those special couple shots. I can talk you through some poses during your consultation session so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. My premium package includes a pre-engagement shoot which helps build confidence in preparation for the day. The couple shoot usually takes place between the wedding breakfast and the speeches, as experience tells me this is the most relaxing part of the day.
Most engagement photoshoots last around two hours. It gives us plenty of time to capture relaxed, meaningful moments and explore any couple love photoshoot ideas you have.
I have backup photographers who can cover if I’m too unwell to photograph your wedding. If that happens, I’ll get in touch and arrange cover, keeping you informed.
Yes, I’m insured and have backup cameras. If a camera lets me down, I have another ready to use.
We’ll work with the weather and the spaces available at your venue. That might mean using sheltered spots, heading indoors or making the most of a break in the rain. Your day can still be full of brilliant photos, even if the original plan changes.
Of course. Just ask and I can share a full wedding gallery, so you can see how I photograph the day from start to finish.
Absolutely. Let me know which group photos matter to you before the wedding, and we’ll make time for them alongside the candid moments and photos of you two.
I’ll send you a link to your online wedding gallery within 4–6 weeks. You can share access with family and friends so they can enjoy the photos too.
Families, Portraits, and Lifestyle
Of course. I offer outdoor family photography, at home family photoshoots, or simple studio sessions, depending on what feels right for your family.
Definitely. Pets are part of the family, and they’re always welcome at your family photoshoot. I’ll work with you to make sure we capture those natural, meaningful moments with your furry friend too.
Yes. I also offer lifestyle photography for families, individuals, and teams looking for authentic images for social media, websites, or keepsakes.
Sports and Events
Every event is different. We’ll chat beforehand so I know what moments matter to you. I offer tailored sports photography with options for action shots, team photos, or full event coverage.
Yes. I cover football, rugby, gym sessions, club matches, and more. Whether it’s action on the pitch or natural team photos, I’ll help tell your story.
